Art???

Hello darlings,

So I'm on this art trip, riding the creative wave. I am making paper mache animal sculptures. Not life like or anything like that, more funky, funny, cute, quirky etc... As far as exercising...yawn...this being sick as been kicking my buttocks! yesterday I was on a roll with one of my sculptures (an elephant) to put it down to workout. Once on a roll it gains momentum as I make progress and makes it almost impossible for me to stop. So, no workout yesterday. This morning was kinda busy, not so much in actual activity but more like on the phone errands, calling this place, calling that place. I should right now actually, but I'm just so tired and sleepy already...I might still do it though, shower and hit the hay and read a new book I have just bought with a X-mas gift card! I love books!!! I also found my bodybugg and wish I could use it again...*sigh*...oh well, soon hopefully. I need to make better choices in what I eat, and I need to up my water intake. I'm good on the activity level and all that but not on the other. I'm so done being sick when its hot out! It's the worst in my opinion. Ok, well I'll update you soon! Hasta maƱana!

Tuesday 4/16.....Sick!

I'm sick!!! Stuffy nose, but nothing comes out and a sore throat but no infection??? Yeah...but that has not stopped me from working out at all, if any thing  I have found myself working out more so. I read once how exercise cuts your recovery time in half so I've kept it up. Other times it would offer me the perfect excuse for me to not work out at all. Food wise, yesterday I had veggies and a veggie burger, no cheese no meat, an almost vegan day....ahem...almost because I had to have mayo. I'm in need of some Vegenaise...yummy! Today however is gonna be a bit of a struggle for me. We are having fried chicken, potato salad, and beans. I'll omit the chicken and just have potato salad and beans with, you guessed it a veggie patty. This just lets me know that I must restock my pantry with vegan essentials like all varieties of tofu, vegenaise, rice milk, flax seed, ....OH! on the rice milk...my brilliant little sister found coupons for Rice Dream milk $2.00 off coupon Use $2.00/1 – Rice Product, Any – (facebook.com) and depending on where you shop, it comes out at like anywhere from free - $0.24 !! So we printed out like four of them jejejeje. Ok I'll wrap this up for now, I gotta go hit the work out and then the making of my potato salad & beans. Stay healthy and whimsy!!

The Brutal Truth

Ok, so I am posting my starting pictures...they are not pretty for me to look at. Normally when I look in the mirror, I see myself and I can see I am beautiful. Now I am not being conceited, I think everyone is beautiful in their own way and all that. But I guess what im trying to say is, is that in a way, even though I see myself, I dont see myself as I look to others. I dont know if that makes sense? Everytime I see myself in pictures, Im like "wow....am I really that huge???" lol yeah...delusional much??lol but today is all about change and so I have taken honest pictures of myself meaning no sucking in the gut, no flattering angles, just straight pictures and here I am....It makes me want to get up and move and do something to change my life even more so I have half a mind to printing them out and taping them above my bed and in the cupboards and fridge lol. as I change ill take more. Ive said this many times before but today I really feel it....I can do this! Oh and I guess I should say that I weighed myself today and I weigh....378.6...so .... no time like the present....lets do this!!!

Hello again!

So today is Monday and I have decided to take to blogging a little more seriously. In the past I have been a flake when it comes to personal blogs. I would write one or two posts and then never again, so in the spirit of "finish what you start", I will attempt to ...wait....no, not "attempt"...I will do it. I will be logging in and posting my updates on my health journey. I'd like to keep a record of my "whole being" in this process. I've been thinking of going Vegan again, but I just don't know if I want to go at it cold turkey or go Vegetarian and then gradually go Vegan...I guess I'll figure it out as I go along. Feel it out first, see what I can do first. I go for now and make my lunch, ill keep you posted! Oh and this weekends yard sale went well enough lol I gotta get my Etsy shop open so that means creating more stuff...jewelry, hair trinkets, art pieces, and such. Also, I will take some pictures to track and record my physical progress. Ill upload those as soon as I take them. Ive been recording videos as well, just me talking about my feelings and all that, but I dont know if Ill load those up here yet. In any case, I better go before it gets any later!

On working out...

I am so tired!! Hello Darlings, 

        So, it has been a while since I have felt motivated enough to get up off my bum and exercised. I do not know what you do for a workout but I have discovered "Just Dance". It's a video game for the Wii, you might have heard of it. You have to follow the characters on the screen and do the same dance moved they do. Well, it has a scoring system and you can actually have a daily point goal...how rad is that?! So it is what I am currently doing to get moving and so far so fun! For me the hardest thing since high school has been just that, the getting up and going to the gym or working out specifically. So wish me luck!

The Weekend Event Forecast for 4/12-4/14

Darlings!!!

        This weekend is the second weekend that I will be setting up a yard sale. I have so much stored away its ridiculous. It's not like I'm a hoarder or anything to that extreme, but I wonder if you have done the same. Have you ever moved either to a different city, state, or even a different apt/house and you have boxes and boxes of stuff you thought you needed. Then you get there and start unpacking things only to find yourself at the store buying new things to go with your new place and so you leave the packed boxes in your storage or garage. The years pass and you tell yourself...ill unpack them soon. Then its....I gotta sort what I'm gonna keep and what I no longer want. Well....its were my family and I are at, yet again! and let me just say this.... IF WE HAVENT FOUND THE NEED TO USE THEM FOR OVER 3 MO let alone 3 years... ITS SAFE TO SAY WE DONT NEED THEM. lol. So thats what this weekend entails...

 FRIDAY: Yard Sale from 8am- 2pm 
SATURDAY: Yard Sale from 6am- 1pm
SUNDAY: Yard Sale from 6am-1pm

Hello Darlings, 

                 I hope you find yourself in good health and in the company of those you love. With that being said, I find myself still awake at the ghastly hour of 1 in the am! Unfortunately this has been happening lately, but in my defense....I have been discovering Google+ and exploring. In any event, I am going off topic as per usual. Those of you who already know me, know this to be the norm. For those just tuning in...beware. I will lead you in many different venues with some unexpected turns and exits along the way. I'm not entirely sure that my blog will be of any specific thing really. More like bits and pieces of everything from my perspective. Mostly about my life and the world we, live in.
